Raffle Terms & Conditions

Raffle tickets are $50 each and will be entered into the New Hampshire Weeklong Getaway raffle.
There is no limit to the number of tickets that may be purchased for the raffle.

All raffle ticket purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable. Winners will be notified using the contact information provided at the time of purchase.

Hearts United, and Your Home Away From Home assume no responsibility or liability for any accidents, injuries, losses, damages, or claims of any kind arising from or related to participation in the raffle or use of the vacation properties.

Vacation packages include lodging only unless otherwise specified. Transportation, meals, gratuities, insurance, and any additional expenses are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Upon winning, recipients may select preferred redemption dates, subject to availability and blackout dates on the property owner’s calendar. Reservations must be coordinated directly with the property owner. Prizes must be redeemed within 12 months of the drawing date unless otherwise agreed upon by the owner.

Prizes have no cash value, may not be substituted, and may not be sold or exchanged.

Hearts United reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value should circumstances beyond our control require a change. Hearts United also reserves the right to cancel or modify the raffle if necessary to comply with applicable laws or unforeseen circumstances.

By purchasing a raffle ticket, participants agree to these terms and conditions and confirm they are 18 years of age or older.
