Official Rules / Legal Disclaimer

Must be 18 years of age or older to purchase. Winner must be legally eligible to own and receive a firearm under all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Prize transfer will be handled only through a licensed FFL. Evan Hildreth, FFL, will handle all required legal paperwork and firearm transfer procedures. The winner must complete ATF Form 4473 and pass any required background check before the firearm may be transferred. If the winner is ineligible, fails the background check, or is otherwise unable to lawfully receive the firearm, the prize will be forfeited, and Hearts United reserves the right to select an alternate winner. The winner is responsible for all applicable transfer fees, taxes, shipping, and related costs. The prize is non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and a comparable prize may be substituted if necessary. Drawing will be held in North Carolina on April 25, 2026, at Shuckin’ & Chuckin’ for a Cause. The winner does not have to be present to win. Odds of winning depend on the number of tickets sold. Void where prohibited by law.

Cornhole Tournament & Other Activities

I acknowledge that I am registering to participate in various activities, including playing in the cornhole tournament, at my own risk. I understand that registration fees are non-refundable and support Hearts United’s agricultural and education programs in Nebbi, Uganda. I agree to follow all tournament rules and event staff instructions, and I understand that unsportsmanlike or unsafe behavior may result in disqualification. I agree that Deer Run Farm, Hearts United, property owners, event staff, volunteers, sponsors, and other participants will not be held liable for any injury, damage, or loss incurred during the event. I grant Hearts United permission to use photos, video, and likeness for promotional purposes. Participants under 18 require parental or guardian consent.
